our Visitation process
Intake Session
Before supervised time begins, an intake session will be conducted, during which the supervisor will meet with the child(ren) and the parent they reside with. The duration of this session is determined by the supervisor and may take up to 30 minutes. The primary purpose of the intake session is to help the child become familiar with the supervisor before transitioning into supervised time with the other parent. This session also provides the resident parent an opportunity to communicate any important concerns regarding the child’s care, such as food allergies, medical needs, toileting, or other specific requirements.

Visitation Reporting
Each supervised visitation session is carefully documented in a detailed written report, which can be used for legal purposes. These reports provide an objective record of the interactions between the child and the supervised parent, including observations on engagement, communication, and overall behavior.
The reports are factual and impartial, ensuring that solicitors, courts, and other relevant parties have an accurate account of each session. Any concerns, incidents, or noteworthy moments are also recorded to provide a clear picture of the visitation process. These reports play a crucial role in assisting legal proceedings and decision-making regarding the child’s best interests.
